The Music of the Soul: The Akashic Records

Explore how the soul speaks through sound.

As a sound healer, it didn't surprise me that I was one of the 5% of people who hear words and music when working in the Akashic Records. I've learned to cultivate this gift, integrating it with writing, song, and music, offering a unique package for your journey of transformation and psycho-spiritual growth.

These sessions are both playful and transformative, offering a deeply exploratory journey through your soul's experience, using words, songs, and music.

One reading, three pathways. There's no need to know which one is right before you begin. Trust what calls to you.

What are the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records are a spiritual archive, the energetic record of every soul's thoughts, actions, and experiences. The word Akasha comes from Sanskrit, meaning "ether", "sky", or "atmosphere".

I think of it as a vast, living archive, holding not only the facts of what happened, but the perspective and emotion of everyone who lived it. When I work within the records, I find a unique window into life's challenges and opportunities: soul-level insight and karmic pattern, revealing why we experience what we experience. To connect with the records is to align with your soul's purpose, and to make choices from a place of true empowerment.

What working with the records can offer you

• Deep self-awareness: uncovering the patterns, lessons, and themes shaping your choices and relationships.
• Emotional and spiritual healing: illuminating unresolved issues from this life or past lives, and opening a pathway for release.
• Guidance through life's challenges: bringing clarity to purpose, relationships, career, and spiritual growth.
• Connection to higher wisdom: deepening your relationship with your higher self and spiritual guides.

Messages from the Akashic: a sound and music package

This three-part package is designed to be used over the course of one month, gently unwinding internal stuck patterns and imprints that are keeping you out of alignment, purpose, and joy. Each element can be purchased separately, or used together as an immersion of sound and frequency, a powerful daily practice for deeper exploration, release, and healing.

Move through this package at your own pace. There's no rush. Let the practice unfold in your own time.

Restoring Your HeartSong

The heart is the pathway home, as we open our connection to universal intelligence. Often, pain, life experience, and cultural conditioning cause us to shut down the heart in service of the intellect. To find our true soul essence, we need to travel back into the heart, tending to our unmet pain and disowned suffering. The Akashic Records offer a new way to relate to music, as we embrace our collective story and engage with lyrics through the lens of the soul. These sessions can be surprisingly playful, deeply emotional, and highly transformative, as you receive insight and healing through a personal music playlist curated through your unique records.

Notes from the Records

Words hold frequency. Strung together, they create a geometric pattern that works within the intelligent field and psyche, shifting stuck patterns and subconscious imprints. I began using phrases within the Akashic in 2024, as a tool to access truth when addressing stuck internal patterns for the inner child. As sound or words evoke emotional tone, they equally open us to new possibilities, to see ourselves and the world through a new set of eyes. These notes arrive as a phrase or line, a gift from the library of the soul, a frequency transmission of living word.

Akashic Soundscapes

I believe music arrives from the angelic realms. It is the language of the soul, speaking to us through frequency, tone, and texture. A curated soundscape that arrives from the Akashic Records offers relief, release, and multidimensional healing, a playlist built from instrumental genres designed for your personal needs.

Sessions and pricing

If you've spent years in therapy, doing the work, and still find yourself circling the same patterns, this may be the missing piece. Some wounds don't live in the story that you tell yourself. They live in frequency, waiting to be met by something that the mind alone can't reach.

Paula is no longer offering the SSP/RRP in a private session. These sessions have not gone away; they have moved to the circle and the school, where the teachers of Transformative Harmonics® carry them.
